"I waited about two weeks for my order..."
I waited about two weeks for my order and it still showed up way later than expected. The most frustrating part was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for the delay. Everyone seemed to point somewhere else, and I was left just waiting with no real answers.

"Fast reply, really helpful"
I had a quick question before placing my order and they got back to me faster than I expected. The person I talked to explained things clearly and didn’t overcomplicate it, which I appreciated. It’s just nice dealing with a company that actually responds when you need something... I’d use Gearheart Industry again.

"Checkout was a mess and nobody followed up"
I tried placing an order, but the payment page kept freezing and then randomly said my card failed, even though I use that same card everywhere else with no problem. There wasn’t any clear error message, and I never got an email or any kind of follow-up, so I had no idea if the order actually went through or not. Super frustrating experience, and after waiting around with no update, I just gave up.

"Feels like the website wasn’t really tested"
I tried using the website it was kind of a mess. It’s hard to find your way around, and pages load weird on my phone, which makes me think nobody really checked how it works on mobile before putting it out there...

I ordered my usual size, but omg it was super tight and fit really weird around the shoulders. I couldn’t comfortably wear it at all. The size chart wasn’t helpful either, smh.

I ordered a part from Gearheart Industry because the description made it sound a lot better than it actually was. At first glance it looked fine, but once I had it in hand the finish felt cheap, and one of the pieces didn’t line up or fit right. It technically works, sort of, but I don’t have much confidence it’ll hold up for long. For the price, I expected way better, and the wording felt a bit misleading.

I had a frustrating experience trying to return an order from gearheartindustry.com. I sent the item back like I was supposed to, but getting the refund sorted out turned into way more of a hassle than it should have been.

I had to keep following up, and the replies I got were slow and not very helpful. I don’t mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but it felt like I was being passed around without anyone actually fixing the issue.

In the end, the whole return process just didn’t feel fair or handled well. I’m trying to be polite about it, but it definitely left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t order from them again

"Delivery was a mess"
Not gonna lie, ordering from gearheartindustry.com was frustrating. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and I never got a clear update about what was going on. I had to keep chasing them myself, and even then I still didn’t really get a straight answer. The whole experience was a hassle, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Print didn’t match the preview, and no one followed up"
I ordered a custom shirt and was a little disappointed when it arrived. The design looked darker than it did in the preview, and the print was slightly off-center too. The shirt itself is fine, but for the price I really expected the artwork to come out closer to the mockup. I also never got any follow-up or check-in about the order, which made it feel a bit frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely not what I was hoping for.

"Everything in my order was correct"
I received my order and, thankfully, everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. There were no missing pieces, no random wrong items tossed in, and nothing that made me feel like I had to contact customer service or deal with an exchange, which I always appreciate. The shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping for, so I was checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, but once it arrived, the actual order was completely accurate. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.

For the price, I think it’s worth it. It’s not anything super fancy, but you get good value for what you pay, if that makes sense...
